TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

The technical department is responsible for working out the machining programs for each individual part requested of us. We use 3D CAD/CAM software that visualizes the entire machine, allowing us to generate fast paths with advanced control of milling, roughing, contouring, drilling and finishing. All machining cycles are optimized to reduce time, material waste and tool consumption. The entire milling process is visualized in real time through machine kinematics simulation, providing accurate verification of the entire machining process.
