PRECISION MACHINING PROCESSING
Milling, grinding, turning and assembly are the core activities of Baiguera Precision Engineering.
On the basis of the customer’s drawing, we proceed with the purchase of materials, the programming of machining, the production of the various parts and any surface and/or heat treatments.
Our design team develops the machining programme for the production of the parts. If required, we can mark each part produced. In recent years, we have replaced all our centres with new generation machines, allowing us to work more efficiently and with less waste.
Thanks to the implementation of Interconnection 4.0, we have all the necessary tools to identify in real time the operating parameters, technical conditions and/or any anomalies of the entire machine park.
We guarantee to our customers a complete service by working with selected and reliable external suppliers for turning, laser cutting, bending and broaching processes.
We use external partners to carry out the various surface treatments required: burnishing, galvanising, nickel plating, nitriding, hardening, sandblasting, rubberising and anodising.
For some product types, we also carry out the subsequent assembly stages according to the customer's specifications.
