MECHANICAL MACHINE PARK
The machining centres have all been renewed in recent years. They are 3/4 axis vertical numerical control machines that allow easy interchangeability of machining thanks to the development of ad hoc solutions designed for each individual machine.
The machine strokes are different and range from 800mm to 2040mm in the X axis, from 450mm to 762mm in the Y axis and from 510mm to 661mm in the Z axis.
We use surface grinding in order to obtain the minimum tolerances required by our customers.
The traditional machines, that complete the machine park, allow us to carry out special machining operations, both for the preparation of tools and for the production of parts to be used in subsequent stages on the CNC centres.
Each machine is equipped with a connection system to the company's management system so that we can monitor the various stages of machining progress in real time.
