Baiguera Precision Mechanical Processing
Baiguera Precision Engineering was established in October 1979 by its founder, Franco Baiguera, with the aim of offering its first customers the best production service in the field of precision mechanical machining.
Over time, the company was consolidated with the arrival of his son, who renewed the machinery by introducing the first CNC centres.
The continuous search for avant-garde solutions has favoured the replacement of on-machine programming with programming done with CAD/CAM software in order to optimise machining times, keep costs under control, and above all avoid errors.
It has improved the quality of processes from a technical side and from a human side has enriched the collaboration between design and production departments.
In 2017, the company adheres to the Industry 4.0 interconnection project, which involves "intelligent" control and monitoring of the entire production process, improving product quality and working conditions.
In 2024, the new headquarters in Senna Comasco (Como) was inaugurated, in a larger production area where new systems are now adopted to reduce environmental impact in line with the principles of the Green Economy.
